As a former collegiate athlete, Ty aspired to go pro, but after recognizing he didn’t have the right training systems to reach that level, he set out to find the best methods available. Now, Ty shares the knowledge he’s accumulated to help others make their fitness journey as efficient and effective as possible. In his 10+ year career in strength and conditioning, he’s worked with over 50 NFL players, world-ranked Jiu-Jitsu athletes, and even an Olympic sprinter. Ty’s mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential and reach their true Peak.

His approach is centered around unpacking a client’s mindset around food and building lasting, healthy habits rather than relying on crash diets. This personalized, step-by-step method has led to sustainable results, with clients maintaining their progress long after their sessions. Mo’s passion for nutrition comes from seeing his clients evolve into their best selves—whether they're looking to shed pounds, build muscle, or improve their overall wellness for the long haul.

Celeste has a deep passion for helping clients become the best versions of themselves through strength training. As a former collegiate athlete, Celeste’s love for fitness and training has always been a driving force in her life. With over six years of experience in college athletics as an ATC, she has a strong foundation in injury rehabilitation and orthopedic injuries. Her expertise extends to helping clients of all ages and backgrounds safely reach their full potential through personalized, effective strength training. Celeste is especially passionate about working with women through pregnancy and postpartum, offering guidance to train safely during these significant life stages. Celeste has been with PEAK since August 2023 and is excited to empower her clients every day.

With a strong background in physical therapy, a passion for Stott Pilates, and four years of hands-on personal training experience, Drew specializes in integrating rehabilitative techniques into strength and conditioning programs. He’s worked with a wide range of clients, including Division I college athletes, individuals with special needs, and seniors, tailoring each session to fit unique goals and abilities. Drew’s mission is simple: to optimize performance, mobility, and overall well-being. His training philosophy is built on creating a highly technical, structured, and encouraging environment, ensuring every client achieves their full potential with both precision and confidence.

Strength Coach & Golf Specialist

Growing up as an athlete, Nate developed a deep passion for training and performance. His athletic journey began with a focus on soccer, which led him to pursue his education at Michigan State University. Nathan holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and USAW (USA Weightlifting). A career highlight includes training the Clarkston Men’s Hockey Team, where he played a pivotal role in their back-to-back regional championships. Now an avid golfer, Nathan has earned a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, where he focuses on improving golfers' strength, mobility, and swing mechanics. At PEAK, Nathan is dedicated to helping athletes and clients of all levels build strength, move better, and achieve peak performance.
